Privacy Notice
What data we collect through this site, what we use it for, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights. Written to be read, not to tick a box.
What we collect
Through the form on this site we collect: name, company, email, phone, municipality, and the technical data you choose to provide about your facility — CFE tariff, contracted demand, monthly consumption, weight of demand charges and the reason for your inquiry.
If you also send us files, usually CFE bills, those documents contain your service number, your supply address and your consumption history. We treat them as confidential business information of your company.
We do not collect sensitive personal data or asset or financial data beyond the electricity billing information you voluntarily share with us for the analysis. We do not ask for card or bank account details through this site.
What for
Answering your request; analyzing your electricity billing and preparing the preliminary reading; preparing and presenting technical and financial proposals; and following up on any resulting business or contractual relationship.
Sending you technical content and notices about regulatory changes that affect your type of facility. You may refuse this purpose without affecting how your request is handled, by replying to the email with the word "baja" (unsubscribe) or writing to info@gtoenergy.com.
We do not sell, rent or exchange your data. We do not use it to build profiles for third-party advertising. And we do not publish your name or your company's name as a reference without your written authorization.
With whom
Your data may be processed by providers acting as processors on our behalf and solely for the purposes above: the email service, the customer relationship management platform, and the hosting provider of this site. These providers are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality.
When the project scope requires it, we may share technical information about your facility with companies of the same group or with specialist firms taking part in the evaluation. In that case only what is strictly necessary for the work is shared, under the same duty of confidentiality. If you do not want your information shared with third parties for that purpose, say so and we will respect it, with the caveat that some scopes could not be evaluated.
We do not make transfers that require your express consent outside the cases above, nor do we transfer your data to authorities except upon a duly grounded and reasoned request.
Your rights
To know what data of yours we hold and what we use it for; to correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete; to ask us to delete it when you consider it is not required; and to object to its use for specific purposes.
An email to info@gtoenergy.com with the subject "Derechos ARCO" (ARCO rights), stating your name, a means to reply to you, which right you are exercising and regarding which data. If you ask us by phone, we will tell you how to formalize it.
We confirm receipt and give you a response. You may also revoke at any time the consent you have given us, without retroactive effect on processing already carried out.
You may go to the competent authority on personal data protection. We prefer to resolve it with you first, but the right is there and we do not hide it.
The specific response times and the information retention period are the two points your attorney must set before publishing. We do not make them up here.
