Solutions
Substations, load increases, service upgrades, electromechanical installation and medium-voltage maintenance, including live-line work.
The problem
When the local grid is saturated, a service upgrade stops being paperwork and becomes a date in someone else's hands. In Mexico's industrial corridors there are plants waiting for capacity that their production plan has already committed.
While that gets resolved, there is work that can be done inside the fence line: adjusting the contracted demand to what actually runs, correcting an installation that grew piece by piece without drawings, reorganizing internal distribution, or deferring the upgrade with storage.
And there is a silent cost nobody bills until it fails: the plant that paid for a substation fifteen years ago, hung three expansions on it, and today has no drawing that reflects what is installed.

The lines in this family
From the survey and design calculations to the completed works and updated drawings. Without splitting responsibility among three contractors and a designer.
Service entrances, substations, internal medium- and low-voltage distribution, surveys, design calculations and drawings.

If in any month your measured demand exceeded the contracted demand, you are already overpaying and are probably already at your installation's thermal limit.
A production line, a furnace or a data center that has already been bought and that the current service cannot support.
The installation grew piece by piece and nobody knows for sure what is connected to what. It is the starting point for almost everything else.
Some medium-voltage maintenance is done with the line energized. It is a specific capability, not a general service.
The survey is the first deliverable and is quoted separately. It comes with updated drawings and design calculations, and it is just as useful if someone else does the works.
How we work
On-site survey, design calculations and scope. If there are no drawings, the survey is the first deliverable and is delivered with or without the works.
Detailed engineering, supply, civil and electromechanical works, installation and testing. With a documented test protocol.
Handling the service upgrade or load increase with CFE, and whatever the process requires depending on the voltage level.
Updated drawings, test records and a scheduled maintenance contract. Works that leave no drawing become the problem of the next expansion.
When it is not for you
If your measured demand is well below the contracted demand, the first step is to adjust the contract. It requires no works and lowers the bill the following month. We tell you before quoting capacity you do not need.
If the requirement is peak capacity for a few hours a day, a battery bank can defer the upgrade for considerably less money than the upgrade itself. We compare both before recommending.
And if the scope requires a generation permit above 0.7 MW or long-term capital, it stays in-house: GIS Power, from the same group, develops it. We do the survey and the presentation, and we stay at the table.
